2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about MotionLink Auto Transport and requesting information or transportation services.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Transportation Services

MotionLink Auto Transport provides information about:

  • Open Car Transport
  • Enclosed Car Transport
  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

Specific service availability, routes, pricing, pickup arrangements, and delivery arrangements may vary based on the individual shipment.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer and transportation conditions known at the time of quoting.

Pricing may be affected by:

  • Pickup and delivery locations
  • Distance
  • Vehicle type and dimensions
  • Vehicle operating condition
  • Transportation method
  • Requested dates
  • Route conditions
  • Carrier availability
  • Seasonal demand
  • Special handling requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipment information.

A preliminary quote, estimate, or website inquiry does not automatically constitute a final transportation contract unless expressly confirmed in the applicable service agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information necessary to arrange transportation.

Customers should disclose the vehicle’s operating condition, including whether it starts, rolls, steers, and brakes normally.

Customers should remove personal belongings and prepare the vehicle according to the instructions provided for the shipment.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

6. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery schedules can be influenced by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, route restrictions, carrier schedules, availability, and other circumstances.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, estimated pickup and delivery dates should not be considered guaranteed arrival times.

7. Door-to-Door Transportation

Door-to-door transportation means pickup and delivery as close as reasonably practical to the requested locations.

Large vehicle carriers require sufficient space for safe access. Narrow roads, restricted locations, construction, low-clearance areas, parking restrictions, and other circumstances may prevent direct access.

When necessary, a nearby safe and accessible location may be selected.

8. Vehicle Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before pickup and after delivery and to document its condition with photographs.

Existing damage should be identified through the applicable inspection process.

Customers should retain copies of relevant transportation documents and condition reports.

9. Inoperable Vehicles

Customers must disclose if a vehicle cannot start, roll, steer, or brake normally.

Inoperable vehicles may require additional equipment, special handling, or additional charges depending on the transportation arrangement.

10. Personal Property

Customers should remove personal belongings from the vehicle before transportation.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, personal property left inside a vehicle is not considered part of the vehicle transportation service.

11. Website Content

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any legal right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Force Majeure

Transportation services may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, accidents, labor disruptions, carrier availability, and other unforeseen events.

Such circumstances may affect transportation schedules and availability.
